I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Well, for me for a A35, the port had issues, so they activated directly and they couldn't tied it back to original deal or process.. So remains locked and I gave up. They did give a code but the A35 doesn;t accept code to unlock.. Doesn;t matter if you show it was directly purchased in the website.. They just can't figure out how to unlock. YMMV

Was able to port in a google voice number and pass verification. Total was $165, no tax, free shipping. Will probably sell the phone off after the 90 day unlock period.

I got my phone delivered on Friday and I got a new number from tello that can be used to port out on Friday. However, the tello port out details are not going to be available for a week.

How long do I have to activate the phone on total? Is it within 30 or 60 days from the purchase date?

Also, before placing the order on total, I checked my primary number (Also on tello) to see if it eligible for port-in but now I got a new number from tello that I am planning to port in. Once I initiate the process of port in, does it matter what number is used the old one or new one? Both are from tello?
