I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

mine had "Return to Sender Requested" on Friday then on Saturday it had on the way and delivery for Monday. it wasn't heading back to warehouse but towards me. Only 30 miles away now.

Can you guys update if phone is actually delivering? I see lots of comments about phone returning back to the company. Thinking of getting this for my mom. Her samsung flip 3 hinge is making sound whenever open/close. Hopefully it's not much difference in learning how to use the phone.

I am unsure if I should be relieved mine hasn't shipped yet, despite ordering 5/8. The color ordered was Spring Bud (Minty green). Curious if they had a lot more Gibraltar Sea (Dark blue). My order still says pending remote fulfillment.

Update from my end on this; UPS shows that the package is being sent back to Plainfield, IN - but hasn't moved since it went on the truck on Friday in my city. However, on my UPS dashboard I see a pending shipment for my address with no information besides a tracking #, it has the following:

Estimated Delivery: Pending
To: null, null

Odd, wonder if this will update tomorrow or Tuesday when they start getting back the phones to the warehouse. Anyone else have UPS My Choice enabled that can verify this?

I called Total Wireless, and the customer service representative said that the UPS delivery date is the actual expected delivery date. It sounds like the package won't be returned — it's just scheduled to arrive on May 20.
