I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

I just got an email from UPS stating a shipment from CEVA direct sales was scheduled for tomorrow. Is this Total Wireless? Mine is one of the ones that was turned around last week.

Wow, so they really did ship them half-way across the country just to turn around and re-ship them straight back. Who's the genius that came up with that one? They could have sent an email saying "Hey, we found a problem, don't activate until the 22nd."

Will you listen or will you even see that email? I guess TW doesn't want to take that chance. Not everyone will follow a simple request. Look at how many here already disputed the charge with their credit card company within days after not getting their phone. People have no trust to any company when it comes to money. They want what they want "now", not 1 second later. I did receive my phone on 5/16 from the initial pre-order. But I have not open or activate it yet. I am wait for additional feedback from others and decide what I am going to do next.

Yeah, there's a remarkable amount of wasted energy going on here. The order was for something not ready to ship. I suspect they got a lot more demand for this phone than they anticipated. Just hang out a while. It'll come.

Yep name checks out. If it wasn't ready to ship then they wouldn't have shipped a ton of them to people right before they called them all back to the warehouse.

I just received an email from Total Wireless saying that my package has been shipped. So I'm assuming they're sending back the phones that were previously returned. This is just a guess, but I hope it actually goes through this time.

UPS doesn't have possession of it yet, so my guess is it will be Saturday or Monday. It's next day air saver. Doesn't say the city it's coming from yet.
