1. You cannot use these bonus cards while placing online order. You have to call to use bonus cards and place order or pay later at the restaurant.
Other minor inconveniences:
2. While paying at restaurant also, the code didn't work for me. They did deduct $10 from the total.
3. These bonus cards work like promo, so you cannot anyways use it stacking with order promos similar to the rewards.
4. Each bonus card has a 1 month validity over two different months.
