Coconut oil, or other oils, are not safe for latex condoms.
It's also more likely to give reactions and more difficult to clean on fabric than water-based lubricants.

That said, IMO it's not a bad option if you don't use latex condoms or diaphragm. But there are reasons to prefer water based lubricants in some cases.

Don't bother with this lube… as a lube connoisseur myself, I purchased this a couple months ago and it dries up quickly. Leaves a weird film on your skin too. Better off buying the Adam and Eve basic lube instead.

Why not just use coconut oil? Doesn't feel artificially oily/slippery and stuff

No officially WD-40 is not a lube, it is a penetrant for loosening things up. I own their stock .. one of my best.

This stuff gets really sticky within 5 minutes and I usually have to stop down and apply more which is no fun. I prefer Uberlube over this.
