This is a must buy VR game. It is a Remake of the 1st game, and the engine seems to have been somewhat updated as it plays better than Arizona Sunshine 2 in some ways (less jank, horde mode has large enemies/better variety now). I'd recommend grabbing both, or just picking this one up first.

The PS5 upgrade shows $9.99 with a regular price of $29.99 (which seems unlikely). Is $9.99 a sale price or regular price for the upgrade?

If you own the psvr1 version it's 9.99 to upgrade to the psvr2 version (not a sale price, just the regularamount to do so.) This deal is for the people that dont own the first and just want the psvr2 release.
