Yeah, it'll be fine. Might charge from 0-100% a few minutes slower, but I'm sure that's fine with most folks.

Let us do a survey here. Who else owns more than 10 chargers and is still interested in buying? And what is this syndrome called?

Nowadays, I become the "human PPS". I set the alarm clock to 30 or 40 minutes when I charge the phones. Never exceeds 80%. Works great.
if only your phone could do that for you....or wait an iPhone does.

I have multiple older phones. Setting a countdown timer is the least thing I can use them for.

I just bought a 100w charger. If they post a 101w charger I'm still buying because I have an addiction.

If you have any android you can get accubattery. It has a setting to sound an alarm when it reaches a certain battery level of your choice. I choose 75%.

The pixel 9 and 9 pro have an 80% max feature you can turn on and once it hits that, it goes into bypass mode. So you can leave it on the charger without destroying the battery and don't have to deal with alarms and such.

For what it's worth, not sure about the PPS. Won't do fast charging on wireless Samsung charger. Only reads as standard wireless charging. I tried different port cable combinations and still won't fast charge. Sits at 5v, up to 2 watts (micro USB). I bought and tried 2 and same results. The three port Baseus worked with same combinations, but not this. Returned.

It's built in on a lot of modern Android phones under Settings > Battery > Battery Protection.

So does Samsung. But I'm not sure what kind of phone they had, which is why I suggested accubattery. Been using it for years. I like to keep my phone under 80%

60W max for one port. Hmm, would that be sufficient for a laptop? (Think the standard is 65W)
It all depends on the power draw required from your laptop. Most workstations or gaming laptops are more than 60 watts.
