Yeah, it'll be fine. Might charge from 0-100% a few minutes slower, but I'm sure that's fine with most folks.

Let us do a survey here. Who else owns more than 10 chargers and is still interested in buying? And what is this syndrome called?

I just tested this on my S24 Plus, doesn't support Super Fast Charge 2.0, QC 4.0 or whatever.
60 watts is not the mama but it is a good PS for the $$. Probably closer to 45 watts steady supply. It will run my laptop which has the identical specs at 60 Watts as this but will only charge slow while turned on/maybe.

Going into my laptop bag as a backup PS. Unfortunately, not all Laptops can use a USB PS!

You got what you paid for, a substandard $11 USB adapter. No Quick Charge at all kills it for me. Best adapter by far for me is the Belkin QC4+ with Qualcomm chip. Runs cool and It doesn't heat the battery at all because it does device temperature sensing at the cable tip. S23 Ultra ( super fast 1.0 charging at 27 watts ), Pixel 9 Pro XL ( 27 watts ) , older Galaxy and iPhones full rated watts. Legacy USB with Bekins C to micro adapter cable. Fastest charger for portable USB chargers.

I bought this notterbox for charging laptops but it barely has enough power for a Chromebook. Like another poster said there are no good 65 watt USB power supplies on the market. Buy 100 w or better.

The silver 27 watt Belkin QC4+ with a single C port covers all devices including C PD PPS. I buy them used on eBay for $5. No regrets. No bulging and no premature battery death.

Only does super fast charge, not super fast charge 2.0 even with only one device connected.

No Quick Charge based on user forums

I charge my Samsung S23 Ultra and it says Super Fast Charging when plugged in. The A16 laying around also picks up super fast charging.

These do super fast charging on my S23 and A16. Also tested it with Macbook M1 and it charged as quickly as with the apple adapter.

Here's a better universal adapter albeit only 27 watts and bulky that keeps the battery cooler for longer life while still yielding fast charging. Monitoring of charging tip temperature to infer battery temperature is key:
https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Boo...07PZ54B6M/

Genuine Qualcomm chip inside the Belkin QC4+ with PPS and Type C outlet. Qualcomm invented PPS. QC was advancing light years ahead of Power Delivery in the area of speed and decreased battery wear. But we get stuck with PD because Asian generic PD controller chips cost mere pennies.

I have four Belkin QC4+ Love the universal connectivity which comes with backwards compatibility with legacy stuff. Especially C-PD battery banks equipped with an auxiliary MicroB inlet charging port. That was done because at the time there was no 9 volt @ 3 amps on Type C PD. Belkin sells a MixIt cable Type C x MicrB for charging legacy with QC4+.

QC4+ was designed to trigger Super fast charging before Samsung ever released SFC. That's because Snapdragon SOC was designed around QC. It can't do the 2.0 version because it doesn't have 11 volts @ 4 amps. Theses adapter are extremely hearty and cool running. But the bulky form factor doesn't cut it with consumers these days and 27 watts isn't enough for Macbooks. Pick the Beklin QC4+ up at auction site for $5. Fast cable included.

How good is the ac adapter power supply at not heating the battery while still yielding fast charging the battery? That is the criteria I use to asses quality rather than sheer speed alone. That and universal compatibility. QC 5 is even better but we'll never see it in production now. Consumers seem to be oblivious to battery heating caused by generic PD ac adapters even though it costs them phones ruined by battery swelling.

I took the charger on a international trip (240V), and it would not charge my laptop.

Anyone else not able to get this charger to work with Samsung? It just cycles charging/not charging. Tested two of them and tried both USB c ports with two different cables that both did fast charging with my Anker 110w base station.

One of three charger stopped working, USB C port kept switching on and off.
Seems even these Otterbox charger looks nice, they are useless junk chargers.

The heat isn't degrading your batteries. It's the state of charge you charge to and how low you let it go. Also the length of time it sits dead or fully charged.
All valid point. And the heat too.

These are junk chargers. Never will trust otterbox brand again. It says 60W total from the two usb c ports. I would have expected this to mean that if your are charging two devices together then it would be 30w each. But no—- if you are charging just one device and simply have the cable for the other device connected to the charger (but not connected to the device) you will still only get 30W while charging a single device. In order to charge at 60W you need to remove the other cable fully each time making it practically useless.

I second the poster above. These are junk. Maybe it's our own fault for buying an electronic device from a company that makes a brick of a case. I guess a 45W PPS charger for 10 bucks was too good to be true. I can't even use the charger because it keeps trying to negotiate power and cycles in/out of charge, without chaging at all. All the copies I got are the same. I can't believe that this got more than 319 votes. E-waste. Yes, i tried the different outlets, cables, etc. Under the same setup Anker did 45W PPS no problem. This one doesn't. (let alone 25W PPS).
