I recently bought it during their last sale and am very pleased with it. It does a thorough job vacuuming and mopping and the app is fairly customizable and intuitive. It's also much faster, quieter and efficient than my older Shark. So far so good!

I have wood floor some area have big rugs can it map the area and go around? Also I have few step up from door to living room and kitchen. Worry about if it fall downstairs.

Not sure about the stairs. I trust it wouldn't fall down them though. As far as the rugs you can set a map on the app of where to mop/not mop. The app has tons and tons of options like this.
Dreame robot vacuum kicks ass. I have the x40 ultra model myself. First floor is almost entirely wood so it does very well. Using lidar it just drives through the middle of each room for a mapping run. From there you can put up invisible walls and different rooms.
Huge upgrade from my old irobot that has to bump for mapping.
Just checked and mine has 18,000 m^2 cleaned and 22,000 minutes run time. Super low maintenance as well.

It does not fall down the stairs and rarely bump into something. It's much more intelligent than the X1 Omini I bought couple years.

I regret not getting another L10s Ultra on the last $240 deal. I got one and it is amazing. Yes, it doesn't have the extendable brush and mop but they're negligible for the price I paid for it. Wow price on this thing has been ALL OVER the place, but looks like this is the lowest price over the last few months at least. Tempting but I'm afraid to move away from my very simple Shark that just works.
Got the in-store Mother's Day deal for $450 with additional tri-cut brush and detergent. The robot has worked well so far with both vacuuming and mopping. It collected a surprising amount of dust. Overall no problems though it did get stuck between the toilet and wall once and got tangled in cables despite having a camera/AI function. The app is pretty straightforward to use. Pretty happy with the purchase, was originally planning to get Roborock but this deal was too good to pass up.
