It's more chocolate than peanut butter, I think.
My kids like a dab on apple or banana pieces sometimes.
Sometimes I let them use this for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, too.

NOTE: I bought this for $17.83, so this is obviously an even better deal.

  1. Copilot Answer
Fully hydrogenated vegetable oils are used in the food industry to improve the taste and texture of processed foods. However, they contain trans fats, which can negatively affect heart health, inflammation, and blood sugar control. Even fully hydrogenated vegetable oils can contain some trans fats, which can still affect cholesterol levels and contribute to cardiovascular disease. A diet high in hydrogenated oils can lead to higher levels of LDL cholesterol and lower levels of HDL cholesterol, which can increase the risk of heart disease.

Copilot answer.
Fully hydrogenated vegetable oils do not contain trans fats. Unlike partially hydrogenated oils, which create harmful trans fats during processing, fully hydrogenated oils convert into saturated fat—specifically stearic acid. While stearic acid is considered less harmful than trans fats, it still contributes to heart disease risk1.

ChatGPT
  • Partially hydrogenated oils: Contain trans fats as a byproduct of the partial hydrogenation process. These trans fats are harmful and associated with heart disease, which is why many countries have banned or restricted them.
  • Fully hydrogenated oils: Undergo complete hydrogenation, which saturates all double bonds in the fat molecules. This process does not produce trans fats. Instead, it turns the oils into saturated fats (typically stearic acid and palmitic acid), which are more stable and solid at room temperature.
