Making loose granola like this is super cheap and easy to do in any oven.

Mix brown sugar, honey, oil, salt, cinnamon (optional)... Add to oats. Bake, stirring every ~10 minutes.

The last time I did that (years ago), I think it came out too dark (pre-burnt) or too soft (so I stored it in the fridge). I'm willing to try it again though.

I might be addicted to the Aldi oats almond honey version of this, it's cheaper per package every day price but it's 2 oz less.
