They're not a great for picture for TV or movies. So if that's what you're after, no.

But if you're ok with good-enough, and you like the ambient picture/painting mode (I do, and I was skeptical) then yes. But I think there's another cheaper Chinese maker selling these style of TVs now (pre Trump-tariffs at least).

Are these the newer 2025 release models or the 2024 models?

Where's the 65" deal? These like never drop low. Are they worth it?

Looks like all sizes are on sale, including the 65"; though not the same % off as the 50.

The 65" is $1,300 (on sale from $2,000). Note it's also the same price on Amazon.

Looks like these are the 2024 models. Makes sense to clear them out for the 2025.

Unlike the 55"+, looks like this is a 60Hz panel. Just an FYI.

It's usually $1k through their discount program but I keep looking if it drops. Needs to get lower.

Just IMO.... I returned this same unit......The viewing angle is terrible if using it for a TV...I am used to an OLED though

I really like my 65 inch I picked up last black Friday. I love the anti-glare screen as it let me place the TV across from a row of huge windows with no issues. Love the art mode as some visitors don't realize we even have a TV as opposed to a huge black hole.

I would use one but never as a tv - just as a regular picture frame in a random wall.

I would even consider using one next to a proper, bigger OLEd that I have. Only turning them both on as a tv for sports viewing. Am I the only one who thinks this can be a good use case?

We have a 65" in a room displaying paintings 90% of the time and it's great (it's between two French windows and with brightness set to just above minimum). What I don't see mentioned is the $5 per month Samsung artwork subscription - you can load your own images, but it's a lot more interesting when you have the ability to rotate hundreds (thousands?) of paintings. I wouldn't use it for a main TV though.

My 55" died after 2.5 years. Somewhat common issue with components on one half of the screen connector ribbon. Just bought the TCL version and like it more. It has free art work, too
