You can buy a TCL 55" QM751G for $479. Rtings rates it higher than this Panasonic.

The Panasonic implementation of VRR doesn't work if one has local dimming on 😭 One can definitely do better than this.

You can also get the 2023 q7 55" from Best Buy for $400, which isn't far from the qm7, albeit the qm7 is better.

Just bought the QM7, incredible image and sound. I have problem playing Dolby vision video files as they appear purple and greenish color. Does anyone have a solutions?

Should I do a Google search or post my question on Slickdeals? Yeah, I'm gonna go with option B. 😉

When that happened to me on a different tv it was the device I was using that wasn't Dolby vision capable but if that's coming straight from your tv apps then 🤷

Are you using Plex? That has happened to me with a lot of Dolby Vision movies through Plex. It has never happened to me through a regular streaming service or 4K blu-ray. If you are using Plex, it's not your TV's fault. It's a problem with the app and the coding of the movie.
