I did chat with the service agent and got the free $10 Visa Reward Card in a separate new order as they were not able to apply to the order directly.
The 12000 is 100% worth it at this price and a great chair with good quality w/o going into designer chairs that cost 700+.
(I hear it's better than the Costco chair apparently that's not made for any one over 5'7" to sit comfortably, I'm fine in this chair at 6'3")

I had a hard time getting it added to the cart:
At first the system said that my order didn't meet the minimum requirements of $75 (duh) when I tried adding the coupon # in the cart page.
So I clicked on the link that /u/MONSTERDAD posted above and it opened a new tab, where I could "click to add" the visa gc to my order, then went back in to my cart and it was all good from there.
5% cb from cc made this a bit nicer for me.
