I have both and I normally go back to my 13 year old 9000 after buying replacement arm pads. (They fell apart after 8 years)

The 12000 is 100% worth it at this price and a great chair with good quality w/o going into designer chairs that cost 700+.

(I hear it's better than the Costco chair apparently that's not made for any one over 5'7" to sit comfortably, I'm fine in this chair at 6'3")

It appears they canceled all of the orders to jack the price up $50? Seems dumb.

Correction: The price was at $149.xx 10 minutes ago, now they bumped it to $299.xx.
