This is legit 65W. It easily does Samsung PPS Super Fast Charge (45W) without issue. I tested on an S25+ It ships in full retail packaging. I got 2 about 1 month ago.

considering, you says "these", I assume you means small charger in general. This would be true for older type (silicon based) of chargers. GaN (Gallium Nitride) chargers in general (I have no experience with this specific model) do not heat up as much. You can look up Gallium Nitride vs Silicon for that. The benefit to GaN chargers is that they are much more efficient than Silicon and thus result to it can run cooler and smaller. It could still run hot, if it is charging at max constantly for a period of time. Still "hot" is relative, but if directly compared to older silicon charger of the same spec and size, it would actually produce less heat.
