i seen posts before, that state that most units were like new if not new. these are usually refurbs by the manufacturer, afaik.

I bought from BuyDigs twice got screwed twice. Returned items never actually got refunds.

If you want them just buy used items on amazon. Wait for a good price. Use camel

I bought the 13 cup model the last time this deal popped up. Other than shipping taking a couple days longer than expected (actually getting shipped out the door, not in-transit time) I have no complaints. Unit showed up looking like new. If it hadn't shown up in a box marking that it's the refurb model I wouldn't have known. I've used the processor about a dozen times since getting it and it has worked flawlessly.

BUYDIG is just another online NY camera shop like Beach Photo. Usually great prices and service.

I've bought many refurb cuisinart units. All were like new and I got great support. They usually sell direct on ebay, but this is a good seller and a good price for that food processor.

Costco is clearing out Cuisinart 12-cup for $70- $99.97 in store. I own the 14cup and refer this size because of various old accessories (cake mixture, 9 different slice blades, etc..) can be use.
