  • These charging stations can be used with a smart plug in order to maintain the battery health of seldom-used devices. I set mine to turn on for two hours every week. This prevents a device from completely draining its battery while sitting unused, but also prevents keeping the battery fully charged for long periods of time.
  • Please see the original post for additional details & give the WIKI and additional forum comments a read for helpful discussion.

Only 2.4A per port max, not considered "fast" for todays electronics
Also, 10A (50W Max) total Output so you could only use 4 ports at full speed at a time

Found specs here:

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hercul.../805758363

This would be good for overnight charging multiple devices but this is also a very old product, some walmart reviews are 5 years old

If it's 2 Amps total, that's terribly slow. 2 Amps per port, that's a little better.

I don't know what sounds worse, 2.0 amps or less or upto 2.0 amps. That's basically 10w. If it was at least 20w now we are talking

this thing is honestly slow charging at best. not fast at all.

I personally bought it just for its form factor as a multiple tablet/device holder.

Slow charging is actually a good feature for my intended use, which is as a station for handheld gaming consoles (they don't play nice or at all with fast chargers.) In for 1!

Sister-in-law had one of these. If you have kids, those brittle clear plastic dividers are going to be broken and unusable immediately.

I have this for charging kids tablets and battery packs overnight, it has worked flawlessly for over 2 years.
Yes it isn't fast charging or usb-C, but if you accept what it is, I have been happy with it.

If you have a lot of docking stations around like me, I turned those into charging stations minus the video ports of course.
