I'm in for one. I would prefer a 10/3 but this will work just fine for a 110v window AC, off a 2000w pure sine inverter. It might even pay for it's self over the course of the summer.

can you even find CCA cords legit sold in USA?

i once searched and couldn't find any. They would be a huge liability to the mfgr.

You have to take some of these comments with a grain of salt. People are constantly planting ideas that have no merit or evidence to back them up. This cord was originally Sam's Club stock at $59.97 (Members Only Price). For anyone to suggest that it's less than A+ is pure hogwash.

What I'm trying to understand is why are folks recommending Walmart and Sam's when it's $10 more? Just buy eBay, or am I missing something.

Found another VIP Outlet cord here (edit: looks like open-box) whilst looking for examples of suspicious cords:

It's easy to say that the HUANCHAIN cord on Amazon is suspicious, but it's probably fine. I have to say that I'd be way more concerned about power strips and cheap DC project wire (including audio.)

My first thought on the clad aluminum discussion is that CCA is a cheaper substitute in large-gauge low voltage applications like jumper cables and car amplifier power wiring. Aluminum content in AC wiring has been banned in structures for many years in the US as far as I know. I sort of doubt that UL will list any AC extension cord with aluminum content. I'll also say that Woods and Southwire are 2 top-tier brands and are the least likely to be cutting corners on quality (as affirmed by the lifetime warranty). With similar premium grade cords running $80-$100+ at places like Home Depot, this to me seems like a solid value on a top quality product. I certainly don't see any reason to question quality like I would with a lesser known brand.
Actually, aluminum is still extensively used in residential wiring, and it is most defintely not banned. It is simply required that it meet "AA-8000" alloy requirements, and that the devices connected to it (it, outlets, switches, etc) be listed for used with AL wire. It is mostly used in larger conductors, such as the service conductors entering the house, or to larger appliances such as stoves.
During Covid high copper prices, there was a company pushing CCA NM-B wire. But it's cost wasn't that much less than the 100% CU wire, and never really took off. Now that copper is climbing again, that might change.

I was aware that overhead utilities were almost exclusively aluminum as it offers weight and cost advantages with minimal risk to life and property, and much fewer connection points where problems most often arise. After your reply I did a little research and found that aluminum wiring still has limited approval for applications within structures, although with strict metallurgy and installation standards. I wouldn't want it in my home due to its track record, but that's just a personal preference.

My apologies for my somewhat uninformed earlier comment, and thanks for setting the record straight.

Buy this cord cheap, R&R the light up ends with actual 20 amp plugs (male/female) and you have an actual 20 amp extension cord you can use continuously with 16 amps. Win!
