Gave it a shot. No instant eGift card or indication of being the first 10K in the email yet. Hopefully I get the BOGO code. It's been 8 minutes now.
Email says "PLEASE NOTE: Most orders and reloads are processed within 60 mins, but may take up to 4 hours (you could kill some of that time by watching cat videos)."

Looks like the team keeps fixing the glitches.
My first order didn't include the BOGO!
Ah, I see that now too. I guess I bought it too early, because the BOGO option in the cart was not showing up earlier. They were probably in the middle of an update. Kind of crummy.
Things to remember to do:
- Make it a gift
- Use the card that says GRADS, not other stuff
