Confusing branding but for those with dry skin, this is the one you want for your face, not the Cetaphil facial wash which is for oily skin.

16oz usually goes on sale for $9 at most stores. Why is this a deal?

Probably depends on your zip code/account. It's still working for me with the 15% off coupon and S&S.

"Cheaper" at Costco's everyday price with 2x 20oz bottle.

I always get this at Costco when on sale (2 pack 20 oz each). I checked my receipt and I got it for $15.49 after $4.50 discount which is definitely cheaper per oz than this deal.

It takes forever to finish one of those. I'd happily pay extra for a smaller bottle. It'd also save space in my shower caddy.

Not that long, about 6-7 months if you wash your face twice a day. I might be overdoing it though lol.. I don't have a fat face so technically I should probably use less per pump.

Beats having to order more frequently and then throwing away the box it came with and then flipping the bottle upside down to pour the rest into the new bottle etc etc =D

yes gentle cleanser is less harsh than daily cleanser they sell. But tbh $10 for 20oz is a good price so this isnt.

This isn't face wash
It is. It just contains lotion. So it doesn't give the normal/clean dry feeling skin of other face washes. This stuff works well.
