Historically these run small, so this should be perfect for anyone who is either a very slim Men's Large or otherwise a Men's Medium.

I looked at this sweater during the holidays. Don't get fooled by "cashmere". The yarn is very thin and not tightly woven and the sweater is overall of poor quality. I ended up buying a merino wool sweater instead of this.
