It's been confirmed that this will be actual game. No Game Key. Games with Game Key has a white bar at the bottom near the ESRB rating

Street Fighter 6 is one of them and you can see the difference on the game cases. See attached image

Something is better than nothing. Considering the console isn't even out yet, you won't find much 1st party games on sale this early. Tempted to cancel my GameStop preorder but I have $5 monthly reward I need to burn or I lose out. After the $5 off, its a $2 difference.
