But as mentioned Bananza is full game on card. I don't think there are any announced 1st party games on Game Keys Card. They are all full game carts.

Pro tip you can preorder online and use your May monthly and the use your June monthly for a different game.
Already used May on a toy for my son. June will be for Mario Kart World. July for Donkey Kong Bananza. August maybe for extra joy-cons. Trying to plan out my purchases.

This is not entirely accurate.
Some / many third party games may opt for a physical cart that acts as a license key to download the games. You can still resell these since you'll need to keep the physical cartridge in the system to play.
Nintendo first party games that have physical releases will contain the full game on the cartridge.
Other third party games (cyberpunk for example) will also offer the full game on cartridge.
It will depend entirely on the publisher / game whether the physical copy will contain the full game.
