Since when did Harbor freight sell wiha /wera tools? This set of hex keys are highly rated on Project farm.

Is this a good deal? Was eyeing a set of Wera, but this is an more inexpensive alternative deal.

If you want to stick with Wiha. The storage system is great.

Look at Fireball Tools hex key holders (https://fireballtool.com/collections/hex-keys)

FYI, I have several this at work. Some come with oversized head, it will not fully sit in hex screw. Many times I have to use bottom ball hex. It's look nice but I'm always end up using Bondhus.

It's not that I'm cheap, it's the fact that I know I'll lose the 2 smallest size keys even though so many items come with a complimentary key in the hardware baggy. It's like the 10mm socket curse on steroids for me.

IMO the Wera ones are better, I have turned a lot of bolts with those.

Agreed. Wiha lives in a bit of a weird middle ground between Wera and Bondhus for hex keys.

They're only a bit cheaper than Wera, so if you want fancy might as well pay a bit more for the Hex Plus heads. If not, the only advantage of Wiha over Bondhus is the colors.

I don't think I've ever been unsatisfied with a Wera tool.

Wiha has a solid reputation though, but woot and Amazon regularly sell the Wera color-coded keys in SAE and Metric a couple of times a year. Unless you need it sooner than later hold out for the Wera, but if you need a quality set now Wiha away.

Not great if you're going to lay them down in your toolbox drawer.
