Just a FYI, these are the Non HP versions.
Pass. A couple weeks ago, and a couple weeks before that, was the same price for HP batteries and a dual charger. I'm sure it'll be back.

Thank you for the information as that could have been easily missed.

Exactly! I was about to say the same thing. This isn't a good deal compared to that HP version.

To be fair, the HP Battery Deal was good on day 1 but after that it would progressively jump in price.
Granted this is still a deal but the last one was miles better.

This is not a good deal. Mediocre deals like this are showing up on the front page way too often in the last year.

Sadly, the pictures for the product page are misleading since most of them mention or display high performance batteries.

There's a chance that the $199 Ryobi HP battery kit [homedepot.com] could be around $100 next week during Ryobi Days.

New to the Ryobi 18V platform. What exactly do the HP versions do better than the other 4AH Ryobi batteries here? How many different versions of Ryobi One+ 18V batteries are there?

Just the two. Hp batteries have some extra connectors allowing hp tools to draw more power when needed. Hp tools will also function on normal batteries. Also, not all hp tools have the extra connectors. For example, I have the hp vacuum, and it doesn't have the extra connectors. It is probably hp because it is brushless. Hp stuff generally costs more.
