I've bought 2x or 3x different sized pairs of these for my kid. They grow so fast, they'll either outgrow them looooong before they fall apart or the soles wear out. In for a 11T.

You are misunderstanding. Some shoes have soles that are made of low friction foam rubber, which do not provide my grip on solid surfaces. Has absolutely nothing to do with being cleated. But go off 👍
