90 day warranty??????? Are you kidding?

Don't do it...

Even if you can be sure it's a newer 990, run away from this "deal".....

Description says New, not refurb, should have full mfr warranty.

If it does, that's great. I read on another woot deal that it wasn't a full warranty, but I'd change my opinion if it's a full 5 years.

Samsung had some issues with 990 failures (I know from experience), but I'd still buy a 990 today....

Seems like several brands of SSD's have been having firmware issues the past few years, unfortunately.

I was able to find the Staples slickdeal in Elkton MD last week. This ssd for $67 + tax. Seems like all Delaware Staples are sold out of all storage options

Price per terabyte is terrible, even considering the Samsung tax.

Waiting for reliable 2x 2TB nvme for my next PC in 2 years. Likely reliable 2TB for ~$80.
Not ones with firmware issues, maybe you will need to find updates to firmware. I don't want to spend on cheap 2TB nvme and have it fail within 2-3 years. When 8K resolution pc games show up, and take 150GB-300GB of space, 4TB will not be enough to store 20 games.
I just uninstall and install.
