Your link is to a plastic product at a slightly cheaper price, the original post says metal, and appears to be all metal in the pictures. I feel like this is something that very much benefits from all metal construction.
This seems entirely pointless - is there some problem it's solving? Easy enough to just put your junk under the sink, why would bins be an improvement? While I'm criticizing, how about they could just take a picture of it in use under a sink instead of a shopped fake photo?

In theory is for organization. Small items can be placed on top for visibility and acesss, and the organizer pulls out like a drawer for easier access in the back and this also allows for better visibility.
