Assuming your warehouse sells the 200-count for $17 (since it can vary by location), that's 8.1 cents per bag.
Even if you paid the Costco online price of $20 + $3 shipping fee ($23), that's 11.5 cents per bag, which still is better than this Amazon deal.
$16.99 in-warehouse ($19.99 online) for Kirkland Signature Flex-Tech 13-Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag, 200-count [costco.com]
$16.98 for Member's Mark Power Flex Tall Kitchen Drawstring Trash Bags, 13 gal., 200 ct.
Also, note that the Amazon bags are regular plastic while the club warehouse bags are the flexible ones. I personally think the flexible ones are better.
