You can just go to the return desk and ask for price adjustment.

Public service announcement on Costco Next and Travelpro: don't buy it. They charge a premium price and claim to have a lifetime warranty but that warranty is difficult to use, they charge you $25 shipping to get it fixed and registration of the bags does nothing, you still have to provide the original receipt. Our daughter's bag had the zipper break on the first trip. It was for her wedding in Europe. Thank goodness for a second zipper so the bag would still close, otherwise would have had to buy another bag there, drag around the broken bag with the new bag, pay airline fees just to get it home so it could get repaired. And the warranty claim is a nightmare. Just buy inexpensive samsonite luggage that will likely last 10 years and then buy another one and for less than the Travelpro you get 20 years of use. Or buy a Briggs and Riley who have great customer service I am told.

Anyone knows if price in store cheaper?

Email I got shows this pricing for warehouse and online.

It's $50 off, if for some reason your warehouse original pricing was less than $200, then I suppose it may be less than $150 in your store.

I can say, I looked at these a couple weeks back in store and regular price was in fact $200.

what's with the smaller 20"? 22" is smallest limit on airlines.

20" is interior.

22" is exterior.

Costco will do a price adjustment to the lower price up to a month after purchase. Love this, and already done a few already

I do this for any product I've purchased that goes on sale the next month. They will adjust the price upto 30 days from the date of purchase.

10.5lb for a 62.5 linear inch bag isn't out of the norm..
Yes but unless you only have light clothing, you're going to have a hardly full bag because you're going to hit the weight limit before you can fill it up.

I think this is why I see a lot of dented luggage because they get banged around and there's nothing supporting the shell from the inside.

Anyone know how this one compares to the Sam's Club Members Mark luggage set? That one is also polycarbonate and it's supposedly manufactured by Away?

One of the benefits of these bags is the airlines are generally happy to pay out 150 to replace Samsonite brand baggage if they destroy it, just got reimbursed for my six-year-old tech 2.0 Costco set that they cracked on my last trip. I'm between this and the Ridgeway II set at Sam's, which one is nicer?

I recently dealt with this, I had a Travelpro Crew 25" bag have the zipper break after the second time I took it to Japan. $25.00 charge and receipt needed, luckily I bought it direct from them and was able to pull up the order from their website. They said the model was discontinued and wanted to replace it with a pink bag from one of their lower series. They did replace it with the updated Crew model of the same original after they came to their senses.

It took over a month and a half to finally get the replacement.

FYI on the luggage set, only the larger suitcase is expandable, the little one doesn't expand. If you want a small expandable don't get this set.

Go on the app, click on Warehouse and do a search. You can tell any price in your store. I have been a Costco member for many years and never knew this until someone told me of SD.

I don't know anything about Costco Next, but isn't the beauty of buying from Costco that you can just return it if it breaks?
