NVMe drives are SSD
M.2 if the form factor, the interface can me either mSATA or NVMe. Both are solid state drives(SSD) but NVMe has a faster PCIe connection compared to SATA. Either way the difference between the two is not much difference when gaming, but noticeable when transferring large files.
