Last I checked, SteamOS (at least the Steam Deck) didn't support the official Xbox wireless dongle. A quick Google tells me there are unofficial drivers, but it's still not part of SteamOS. Unless that changed recently?

These Microsoft controllers always get stick drift after a few months use. I have 2 Game Sir controllers from Amazon and they have Hal Effect which means basically it doesn't get stick drift and have been working flawlessy!

Yes, they always get stick drift. Last one was literally after 2 months. Get the extended warranty

I placed an order and they wanted me to verify my identity. I submitted the info they asked for and they said my identity couldn't be verified and my order would be cancelled. Anybody else having this issue? I paid with PayPal.

Microsoft doesn't seem to care about upgrading the sticks to hall effect like you can get on 20 dollar 3rd party controllers. Your best bet is to either get one at Walmart where you can get a pretty cheap extended warranty or if you can deal with wired controllers it really opens up the door to options that are way nicer.

YMMV but since the blue camo was sold out I reached out to Walmart chat and while they couldn't do a straight price match they offered a $25 off coupon which brought it down to $39 so $2 bucks more than this deal. Hope it helps someone else!
