I love my Yeti soft cooler but would love something bigger, with a backpack form factor. I just don't love the color. Wondering if Yeti will put the other color ways on sale at some point.

There's decent value here, but 20% is the standard discount for discontinued Yeti colors. I would wait for 20 to 30 percent off at KTP or Public Lands (or a similar promotion) and get the color you really want instead of this deal.

Then look at RTIC or Hydroflask i believe they make pretty big backpack coolers

Yes, this is the updated M20. The problematic ones were the Nordic colors. The magnetic strip wouldn't fail, the magnets were never completely sealed. There were a couple of hoops to jump through, but Yeti took care of me and my family's coolers with $350 and $375 gift cards.

It's pretty close to a perfect design. Wide mouth top makes it easy to find what you're looking for, stuff stays jce cold all day at the beach in 90 degree heat. Light to carry, and putting it on your back frees up your arms to push a beach stroller.

The new magnetic system also makes it easy to access while keeping out your infant.
