Costco extended the sale to the 18th
If you have the Instacart/PayPal 30% coupon that will also lower the price.
Some people received $30 off $100 wholesale from Instacart which will help with some fees if you choose to order direct from Instacart.
I am not sure if iPad is excluded from this coupon but some people also received a $15 off $100 or $15 off $175 from Costco same day email.
If you are new to Instacart there may be some introductory offers like Instacart+ or free delivery.

Has this happened to anyone else? I used Costco Same Day.
EDIT: I can see from my PayPal history I have a charge for ~$347 (the amount that Instacart authorized, even though order total was $341) and final charge was ~$341. It appears that because the final charge was done as a second transaction, it voided the original transaction the offer was pending on. Called PayPal, customer service was unhelpful as you could suspect... Wasted money on tip, offer gone, etc.
Same-day at Costco let's you use Instacart gift cards I thought.
How are you guys getting $200 or below?
Can someone please kindly post a step by step (which app to use or if browser which website ) because there's a hot mess of posts and information and so far nothing is clear. Ton of confusion.
