April 2024 I purchased two 2-packs for $89.60 ($44.80 each with the discount for buying two). This is a good price, compared to the normal selling price, but clearly not the best deal.

I just checked several cities in several states and they all show in stock for me. Maybe it came back in stock so try again? It's also possible that Amazon is just being regional again (which they do more and more lately) so it may be OOS in your area?
