Current price is $8.89 here, so this comes out to $5.334 a 12 pack. Not great. You can routinely get it under $4.50 on sale. A slick deal would be $4 and under.

The point is... without a price, 40% off means nothing. Although I'm sure that varies regionally.

Exactly. This isn't a deal. Regularly 12pk prices are now $10. Insane. So 40% off is $6. Kroger's and supermarkets usually have regular weekly deals that work out to about $4.50 per 12 pack.

So three 12 packs of Pepsi at $8.89 each- $26.67 -40% =$16.00
$16 + $3.50 filler is $19.50 minus $5 coupon = $14.50 Out of pocket for 3 Pepsi and the filler.
Taxes and recycle fees are all extra and YMMV.
