However, I did have another one from another deal in Dec where the PIN on the card matched part of the actual GC number (which they never do I think) and that one didn't work when I tried to check the balance. But it did work fine in the restaurant since they don't use pin codes. I think Sam's just messed up the PIN on that one lol.
My emails: Thanks for your order. Three minutes later got 2 emails - one that it shipped, and one with the certificate which I printed with no problems.
Regarding the bad reviews, it seems whatever the issue was has been worked out. Bought and used 2 in March and 2 more the start of this month. Used without a problem.

Since then I have ordered two more of these at $85. I have used the olive garden app several times with these as a stored/saved payment and no problems
Not sure why the first one wouldn't work (on olive garden website or on the app) but since then I have had no issues. I have no tried any restaurant other than Olive Garden.
Also no idea how this randomly got posted since it's been consistently available all year long
