There have been some periods where patches for consoles were delayed and cross platform was broken temporarily but I believe it is now back to parity.

I own this on PS5 and Steam and it really hard to pick up on PS5. The control scheme is manageable but there's so many times you just need to click on something but instead it's a button combo you can't remember. Not to mention DLC is all locked to the platform you buy it on, not your account.
