Always google a place/weather/month and you'll get an instant, clickable graph on temps and weather. I hate summer temps in the Mediterranean (plus costs and crowds)...it's easy to add more clothing. Just always keep in mind winter opening hours -- museums, ferries, etc -- can be shortened or even nonexistent. That's the hard part about the offseason. That, plus sporadic rain.
