Seems like a great deal, as this is what Open Box at Best Buy are going for now. Carries a 1 year apple care warranty. I've been waiting to pull the trigger on a new Ultra 2 (will use for diving, so I'm reluctant to go with an open box or even refurb).

Any reason not to jump on this?!

1 thing to consider, now that Apple has a titanium band that matches the color of the ultra for $199. This is still a better deal by $29. If you buy this and then the watchband separately. Or you could buy the watch at Apple directly with the titanium band it's $99 then, but still comes out to a total of $899. I love my titanium band with my Ultra1, it's Super Light.

Since it is a new product, can apple care be added after purchase? Also, I must be missing this, but is this a small/med or a med/large?

AppleCare Limited Warranty * (which covers basically defects) so you would still possibly have to buy AppleCare+ if you choose to go that route.

I, too, am looking for an apple watch ultra 2. Heard there's a strong possibility of an Apple Watch Series 3, so staying put. Nevertheless, not a bad deal.

Apple care+ is amazing. I recently got my series 4 cellular replaced for the 10 cellular due to the battery not holding a charge. I think I paid about $90/$120 over all for the + and got the newest watch that my 8 year old is now using. I was even able to go to the Apple Store and swap the band at no extra cost.

why this deal is not upvoted? it is 110 less than the regular price. white box should mean it is refurbished by apple, right?
