I bought a 65" B4 from BJ's 2 weeks ago for $999. I knew I should have waited a few weeks since the B5 was getting released soon. I checked today and the same store I paid $999 in Waterford, CT has it on sale today for $799! That is a screaming deal for a 65" OLED. I know the B4 doesn't have 144hz and it might be a bit dimmer than the C4 but it is still an amazing TV. I have a C1 and a CX and the B4 is brighter than both of them. I have the OLED panel brightness turned down to 70 for daytime viewing and 50 at night. It is more than bright enough for most people's needs.
I did check another BJ's in RI and the price was $899. In store only so check a few stores around you to find the lowest price.

I just picked one up myself in New York, however, my only issue is that they charge me sales tax on the original price, so I was taxed $168!
I have never bought anything from BJ's before, is this normal with them??!
I asked a woman and customer service and she said that it is but I just want to be sure

Right, but I believe that is actually where they manufacturer's coupon or they are getting reimbursed from the manufacturer.

I literally contacted LG and asked them if they are reimbursing BJ's $1,300 on the 65 B4, and they said any sale going on is at the retail level and is not involving them.
I have a transcript of this conversation so we will see what happens here

Watch out with deals from BJ's because I just bought a TV from there on sale and BJ"s charged me tax on the original price. When I complained that it was illegal to do so, they said "sometimes" the manufacturer directly pays the difference back to BJ's which causes taxes to be assessed on the original price. I then asked if that happened with this sale that was about 50% off because there was no notice at all that taxes would be assessed on the original price due to the manufacturer subsidizing the sale price. The response from BJ's was to ignore me and close the ticket. Caveat Emptor!

You are welcome. Keep in mind the 5 year warranty is LG's panel only warranty. BJ's is including their 3 year warranty for free though.
BJ's extended warranty is run by Asurion Insurance, Inc., not BJ's. BJ's automatically adds the Asurion insurance to your order. It isn't free. Asurion will not pay a claim without receiving a premium, and BJ's doesn't pay premiums to a third party insurance company for you because they are nice. They take the fee from the money you paid to buy the product. Check your receipt very closely. This happened to me and I was able to get a refund from Asurion after calling them and they sent me a check. I had to manually add up each item I purchased to determine that BJ's was lying about "free 3 years" of insurance and found that on my receipt the Asurion extended warranty appeared as a $79.99 discount but when I added everything up it was still included in the purchase price. There was also a $5 discount on the extended warranty (the extended warranty charge to Asurion was $74.90), but BJ's charged me sales tax on the original price. I complained to BJ's and they ignored me. I called Asurion and complained and received a full refund. They also confirmed that they do not pay BJ"s the difference if it reduces the price of the extended warranty, and in fact said it was Asurion's policy to never discount their premiums. BJ's needs to be sued in a class action for this funny business!

I'd like to dispute the charges on my capital one BJ's credit card to see what happens. They're another 3rd party.

When I bought the first one for $999.99 the receipt showed a separate price for the TV and the warranty that totaled $999.99. I don't have the receipt in front of me and the online receipt does not show that. The receipt when I picked it up did and I don't have that with me. When I bought two more this past Sunday for $799.99 each it did not separate the warranty. I was actually concerned that I was not giving the 3 year warranty so I chatted with a BJ's member online. They assured me it does in fact come with the 3 year Asurion warranty and they gave me the phone number for Asurion in case I have an issue after the first year and up to 3 years in total. Hopefully I never need to use the warranty but I was assured I have it on both TV's.

I checked a few stores and the one near me is $999. I found a couple 1.5 hours away at $799 and $899. The difference seems to be the baseline price, which varies between stores.
Unfortunately, they don't price match other clubs, so no luck on this one.

No issues with the current one time fuel promo w/ TV purchase. Pulled 2 cars up side by side. Stretched the hose and was able to get 34 gallons total in. Put the pump on the ground and a lady pulled up behind me and gave her the last 6 gallons. Her shirt identified her as a school crossing guard. Made her day as I didn't want to waste any of the 40 gallon deal. Worked on premium fuel which would have cost $120+. Came to 40 cents.

Did you have to sign up for the fuel discount, or did just show them the receipt?

It's linked to your membership # automatically. Fuel pump updates the price.
