At these prices, I'm assuming these are "boutique". More justifiable than big studio releases. And where can you get this on 4K digital?

Seems consistent with boutique studios- I'm not familiar with KL studios, but Arrow and Shout are priced like this as well. Criterion is fairly recognized as niche distributor, but their releases are sub $20 regularly and I've not seen any of the other specialty studios with their level of extras and quality of remastering.
