My wife and I have one and it has been working great. Looking to get another, but the reviews - recent ones - look like the seller is awful. Is the seller Woot (Amazon) or someone else? Does anyone here have experience with buying a refurbished Dyson from Woot? Same return options if it doesn't work?

I just bought this same fan on eBay from Dysonstore for $179(arrives today). Last purchase from this seller was for a Holmes tower fan and ít isn't the best quality. 2 of the 5 speeds make very loud noises. It was cheap so I just use it at either 2 or 4.

I really liked mine but it failed after 2 years and support's troubleshooting was buy a new filter for $80 so we can see if we can help.

So far very nice. Looks new in the box. Had to reset the filter counters (not sure if that is the same as new one) but works great and no visual clue it's used.
