For anyone interested, walmart has the same e340 on sale for $119.99. I got mine several days ago. The walmart variant is dual powered while the amazon seems battery powered only.

Thanks for sharing the walmart deal. i just wanted to add they are the same model, both are dual power but the gotcha is you have to keep the battery installed even if you have it hard wired, it wont work if the battery dies or is not installed. it is used to bridge the power internally. which is unfortunate. so technically the camera is always running from the battery and trickle charging it from the hard wired connection. The only issue i see is long term use you would eventually have to replace the battery if it is exposed to extreme temperatures. direct sun light in hot weathers. or subzero temperatures.

Built-in memory, avoid at ALL costs!! Had an eufy doorbell that lasted 13 months, never again. Went with Reolink.

Got this and honestly it sucks, wouldn't recommend. Constant and non-stop false alerts, and lately slow to notify. If you live in the city on a somewhat busy street, you need a second battery to swap out. The battery barely lasts a few weeks, especially in the winter. I had a Ring doorbell before and while I hated the subscription, it at least worked decently without false alarms.
