Not trying to crap on this deal, or talk anyone out of it, but if you're like me in the past and you really only needed Lightroom, check out DarkTable. It's free and open source, and it did everything I needed it to do. I didn't know it existed, and it would have saved me a bunch of money.

FYI, in case others have a similar experience. I currently have the Photography plan (20GB) and wanted to switch to the Lightroom plan (1TB). I purchased the new plan and redeemed the code, but it did not automatically switch my plan over. I canceled my current plan and hope it doesn't require me to reupload my synced content.

There is a different promo code listed on the Newegg page and that doesn't work either.

If you're after the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB it looks like they removed the "Deal" and coupon code ($-40) from it.

Yeah, two different plans, buying the 1tb doesn't extend a 20gb plan.
