The 7420 series are notorious for failing, I would avoid
If you read enough comments every computer manufacturer is labeled garbage by someone.

The Intel 11 series was neat. They actually went backwards. The i7 10 series had up to 6 cores but 11 was so f**king awful they could only get 4 cores working.

These are so overpriced. No one is interested in these deals anymore. Maybe Memorial Day will have the actual deal.

Dell is garbage nowadays and they have outsourced ALL customer service to India. It was an atrocious experience I went through with them and I recommend to avoid.

I've heard poor reviews of this model. I wish more laptops would go on sale. Looking for a good Dell touchscreen with a good processor that my kids can do schoolwork and play minecraft and other simple games on.

Beware of their return policy: https://www.dellrefurbished.com/returns
