For your proposed workout solution, I'd say stick to a good balanced diet. Maybe squeeze in some whey protein if you want to improve muscle recovery.

Of course, if they persist or are severe, you should stop immediately, but you should also talk to your doctor or other qualified professional if you're concerned about negative affects because of your diet/lifestyle.

I'd stick with powder, myself, but capsules from a reputable brand should be fine too.
