Is there a Known inexpensive option for these that works Correctly?

All the cheap ones I have tried posted here will stay on in near direct light, and only turn off if using your finger to cover the sensor...

Have some of the "big name" ones, and they work perfectly even in dimly lit areas with almost no natural light.

Is there a inexpensive option that works correctly, for low traffic and less important areas?

I have probably 15 of the "cheap ones" I bought posted here and talking 7 or 8 years ago when a 5 pack was 3 bucks, every single one of them to this day work perfectly, come on when it gets dark go off as it gets light and all 3 lights on each work.

Maybe in your case it is operator error?

I've been censored by mods in the past as well. They tend to not like honest feedback on products... Especially if it messes with their affiliate kickbacks.

These are terrible. The light looks super cold and terrible for a night light. They are also super cheaply built.

Exactly my case. But they are quite dim. They serve more as plug pointers than lighting purposes.

Sold out.

I bought 5-pack of those for $16 in Dec 2023, installed in each bathroom and the hallways. They do their job just fine. The main issue is that they are not completely flat with the wall at the bottom (1-2mm gap). And yes, they are cold white (I'd prefer warm white, but can live with it)
