Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

80mg caffeine, surprisingly small amount of B vitamins (20% US RDA; most energy drinks go to 2-300%), and of course fake sugar. 50 calories a can.

There are the basics so buy according to your preferences.

Ollie's near me has 24 pack of the pomegranate blueberry flavor for $11.99

hate that they add sucralose

theres some real juice in these too, but apparently everything needs to be super sweet to sell well, so artificial sweeteners are in almost everything

I only started paying attention to these sweeteners a few years ago when we started a family. It's wild lol. Requires constant monitoring and learning. I'm very happy the awareness here in SD is so good. Almost any time I click a deal I just have to scroll down to see what's in it and what's not in it. Thanks for that.

In case anyone is wondering v8 energy drinks have 80mg of caffeine, which is roughly half of a Monster (160mg), but close to double what's in a can of Coke.

I drink these as I'm not a coffee drinker, but like my caffeine in the morning. While not perfect (has sucralose) is better than most alternatives in terms of ingredients and taste.

These are my rankings in preference of taste. Those in Brackets are Limited Editions.

(Passionfruit Orange Guava - Tropical Edition)
Pineapple Orange
Peach Mango
(Spiced Apple - Winter edition)
Pomegranate Blueberry
(Winter Berry - Winter edition)
Wild Berry
Black Cherry
Strawberry Banana
(Summertime Watermelon)

Sucralose is the problem here. It's why it tastes so good, why it's addictive, and why it's unhealthy. Shame

Calling anything in this addictive is a moot point because it's literally caffeine, which is physiologically addictive.
You not having self-control when it comes to sweetness has nothing on central nervous system stimulants.

I have to disagree, he is not calling any old ingredient in this drink addictive he's calling sucralose addictive which studies show, it is! Sucralose shouldn't really be allowed to be consumed honestly, even the origin,"Sucralose was discovered in 1976 by researchers from Tate & Lyle, specifically Shashikant Phadnis, who misheard instructions to "test" a chlorinated sugar compound as "taste." This accidental tasting revealed that the compound was extremely sweet, leading to the development of sucralose as a sugar substitute." is a no.
